How to reach us

Email hello@thingvellirtours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.

Thingvellir Tours is a booking guide. We are not a tour operator and we are not the national park, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. If you have already booked, the operator’s confirmation email is the fastest route: it carries your reference and the contact the operator actually reads.

If your booking has a problem

Go to the company you booked through first. Every tour we list can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours ahead, and only the booking company can act on that. If a tour was cancelled for weather, or a road was closed on the day, that is where a refund or a new date is arranged.

Corrections

If a figure is wrong, tell us and we will change it. Parking charges, visitor centre hours and tour fares all move, and an operator can rewrite a listing overnight. We usually correct a reported error the same week.
